Name this cowl!

I THINK this cowl goes with this Stude tub but not sure plus found all these oddball roadster/touring doors. Any ideas? That really big door is throwing me off. After the extinct car thread, I started to wonder what these belong to.

 

I don't think it's a Studebaker.All of the early Stude's I've ever seen have a cowl vent.

 

My 1916 Stude does not have a cowl vent. It doesn't look anything like that though.
