Trying to get this thing on the road! I plan on throwing this 454 & 400 turbo in it and getting it on the road. I'm planning on slamming it, throwing some Torque Thrusts on it, and driving the snot out of it with my wife next to me and my little girl in the back seat. Ive got to get this thing going by Aug 4th Louisville NSRA show. and cant wait to go to the Redneck Rumble Sept 17th.

oh man, I really like your xs650 in the background! nice bar, tire and seat choice. You and I think alike, I have a few xs bikes I need to build, and just picked up a 63 impala 4dr ht a few weeks ago.

awsome , i have a 64 belair wagon also, drove it back to ny from tempe az, about 8 years ago. did a ch***is and undercarriage resto, and up-graded the stearing w/ the 605 box, mine is not the 9p*** but i love the space in the back when everythings folded down. it was originally a 283w powerglide, but the guy i got it from put a 63' 327 in it w a 350trans, and for some reason theres a 63 rear in it. i love it, and come spring time im gonna start doing the body work. good luck with yours, keep us posted.

Floor work looks nice and I am digging the trans mount as well. That's gonna be a fun ride.
