I know Larry ****son bought the 32 Ford coupe "0" that Dunlevy drove. Did he also buy the 33 3 window that's shown in the pic before the 32? I seen a pic of Larry driving a 33 3 window at Marietta Fairgrounds that was painted white with the traditional "0" painted on the door.

    I agree 100%, my car is a 1983 ch***is, some of our cars have 2008 a ch***is under them.

We have partialy solved the issue though with creative rules, run all out in practice laps, use your car for all it's worth, and enjoy yourself, for the qualifyers the group is split in 2 or 3 groups depending on the track and car count, and they are organised by previous race results, so the fast cars race with teh fast car and the modest cars race with the modest cars. For the feature all are on the track at the same time, and unlike the qualifiers this race is not for the driver but for the fans, meaning close side by side racing, no imense leads and a close finish. We do have cars that are slower because of the driver, and those guys know it, and act accordingly(some do not want to go fast, they just want to take a sunday drive in there toy). If a driver has his helmet strapped on a little too tight and breaks away from the pack, the compe***ion director will kindly remind the driver in his raceiever, if that does not work a part will be spoted on the track and the yellow will come out, everyone in the club knows what that means. »If you cause a compe***ion yellow, and do not proceed with respect for the fans, you will be wathcing the next race from the stands>. The winner is not pre-determined, but if you have won a race this season, think again before crossing the finish line first, it may be your last.

While these rules may seem harsh, our club has not stopped growing, fans love our races and our cars, and we all have fun.
