hey guys, My name's Gijs and I'm from the Netherlands. I'm member of the Trashers Car Club. Number one activity in the club being the build of a traditional bellytank lakester for Bonneville. This isn't easy and the learning curve is steep, hope I can learn lots of stuff from you guys over here. Besides that I'm building a '54 chevy pickup truck and I drive a '65 El Camino. I did all the work myself like a disk brake conversion, dropped spindles, air ride, shavejob, metalflake roof and the likes. Well, see you around!
Welcome Gijs from Goeree Overflakkee in the Netherlands. Are you building it with Erwin P.? Groeten Hennie

I thought I update my introduction page since I have recently acquired this Model A roadster pickup. It's basically a forties style hotrod with a later model pinto fourbanger. Check it out. By the way I don't post much but lurk almost every day. Today I picked up a '56 Ford front axle, from which I'm planning on using the brakes. I'm hoping they'll be more practical than the '40 Ford brakes on it now. The fenders were on it for registration purposes only, gone the minute I had my Dutch reg.
