Have 57 Chev SNB BBW, owned for a long time. Always wanted factory turn signals, finally ran across a cup and switch assembly today. It was ugly but cleaned up pretty good. fix a couple wires, I think it'll be OK.

    See here:

Anyway, how to paint this thing? I'm sure it's pot metal. what kind of primer do I need? Anything available in a spray can? It'll end up being Ivory colored, was some kind of sh!t blue.

Use an epoxy sealer...then prime...then paint... it'll stay forever...well, at least until you're tired of the truck.

Oh, for those of us that aren't into letters, or texting...what's an "SNB BBW"...???

sorry about the confusion of terms. how about SS BBW, short stepside Big back window?

so I take it these paint products are not something I can get in a spray can? If I have to buy the stuff at a paint store is there a recommended brand or type? There's a difference between epoxy sealer and epoxy primer?
