hello, im new to this site, thought it was just a site for car guys, didn't mean to ruffle any feathers with my thoughts on a 65 mustang g***er, i guess my 37 pickup and soon to arrive 41 willys is all i can talk about. god forbid i use my imagination and try to bring a g***er into the future. if done old school , nose up, huge motor, large rear tires, and fenderwell headers, i think it would be a twist on the past with all credit to same. just trying something different. really dig this site and i did'nt mean to offend. john:confused:

Hi John, did you know that hot rodders are anti Mustang in general? Yup, I guess that there are so many of them that they got a bad rap. I've had a few myself. The place is most friendly to pre 64 models, the main theme is late 40's to early 60's hot rods, like a guy would build it in those years, no billet, no modern wheels, and era power plants. You did not do anything bad, the forum just likes to keep on track and focus, pretty much stangs get bumped, but hey, they have forums just for those. Wouldn't mind seeing the Willys and 37 pickup though.

thanks for the info, i found a stang site here in ohio, so i'll refer to her there. as for the 37, i will post some pics when my 17 yr old has time to show me how, lol. the 41 isn't here yet but i hope soon. its a gl*** car but thats what i can afford. the 37 is all steel and heavily customized, still in progress and im enjoying the journey on this one. thanks again, john:)
