sorry man...just not doing it for me either. i'm sure you are putting a lot of time into it, but the holes everywhere and soo many just slaughter it for me. not really sure those holes, or the amount of them are a good style. the stance of that rod is good. doesn't the trans/driveshaft tunnel take up an awful lot of the leg room/floor space making for narrow seating?

EDIT* maybe that is where your username comes from....

  7. Oh yeah its busy.. Its just my thing here are some updated photos of the car were building now the frame was stripped down to bare metal and then all the holes were painted and then the entire bare metal frame was cleared thick with clear coat to prevent it from ever rusting. The body has a staggered chop with a little more in the front than the back and the visor was molded into the body as was the 59 impala dash and the 50 pontiac tail lights. Then the body was primered in tan sealer primer and painted a satin black.

i agree, it does look pretty kool, but i think it may be weakened too. might want to keep a close eye on that when you start driving it.

Looks like a ton of good quality work for sure! Good thing everyone has their own likes or the build threads would all be the same:confused: I do also think the holes on the bones are a little big. Keep up the good work though.

  16. Some updated photos the headers are on it now actually and we will have the matching back wheels on it this weekend and i will get better pics of the full roller when we move it up by the front bay

    EEEEK!!!:eek::eek:

Most def. not a HAMB thing...

The frame is f'n scary.. holes to close to the tops of the rails, not sure why you didn't finish off the edges of the sleeves (flush them with the rails).. The wishbones... are scary lookin... and fugly... is that square tubing?

The body... I think lost it's character.. looks gl***.. no drip rails molded visor.. just doesn't do it for me.. The dash is cool though!

after checking out your profile/myspace... you shouldn't be allowed to touch a tool... let alone a vehicle..... that's some scary ****.... seriously... and people pay you for those 4 wheeled death traps? wtf... no sense of safety what so ever... let alone craftsmanship... no idea on how to build a proper frame.. how to properly finish a body... just more dangerous ****ed up r@t rods....

    this **** gets old...

  23. Thats because i built that car too? This one is shorter wheel base has
a staggered chop and different wheels.. Changed the gas tank placement on this one and a few other differences.. Recessed firewall etc etc.. I love that you guys hate it and i love the fact that some of you love it.. If my style wasnt so unique maybe you wouldnt have remembered the first one.. It would have been just another hot rod..:D

Style? looking at the builds on your myspace there isn't a style or safety.. Frames that are pretty much but welded together, no gussets, scary suspension set ups... a lack in quality metal finishing..

    those aren't hot rods...

Im glad you took time to research me.. Check out our Youtube videos as well we have a lot of videos of us driving the balls off all our cars.. OH im glad you consider them R@ts considering they are running all brand new steering components Brand new disc brakes on front in fact some of them are ran with 4 corner disc brakes.. Every hole is sleeved so each sleeve works as a small crossmember for the frame rails. I leave a half inch lip on both sides of the sleeve because i love the look. As you can see from the You tube videos i drive the balls off all my cars and have never ever once had anything brake so RUN YOUR WELDER NOT YOUR MOUTH

Um, I think I just threw up a little in my mouth.
Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
Definitely not a HAMB friendly car.

  29. But my last one was a hamb friendly car? I mean a lot of people loved it on here.. look back at the old posts of the first coupe build threads.. Funny thing is alot of these guys think its the same car.
