Hot Rods model a coupe prices

What is the reasonable going price for an all stock, totally complete, straight, unrestored rumble seat coupe, not running at present time, with minor rust in rear quarter. I am considering one with the asking price at $8900.

 

They keep poping up here for $5k or so

 

7 to 8k would be a typical price

 

5 to 8 seams like the going rate for one that doesnt run.
