Sup fellas im new to the hamb but not to the lifestyle, i use this forum mainly for ideas and the monstrous wealth of technical articles and advice. i searched in the tech archives but may not have filtered my search correctly and was wondering if any of ya'll have ever put a 47-54 a.d. truck on an s10 ch***is? ive got mine just about all mocked up but im concerned with the bed, due to the design of the ch***is it looks as though my bed may only be 8-10 inches deep. any ideas are greatly appreciated and if i can lend some of my experience or knowledge i would be more than happy to.

Howdy, I'm a little south of you, I'm north of Dallas and I'm starting the process on a '53 Chevy step side, and would love to know what you find out... If you haven't already checked out ad-engineering.com for advanced design model trucks (47 -54) or e-z ch***isswaps.com that would be a good place to check for resloving these issues.

I'm new to this forum, and haven't figured out how to navigate around it, but this came up on the thread search, and I'm about to start the same project with a 51 Chevy 3100. Has anyone done a S-10 ch***is swap on an A.D. truck? I'm open to any advice, suggestions, imput and past experiences. I'm curious how insane 49's mock up went, and would like to know if this swap affected your bed depth at all. Thanks...
