    thanks guys.... word of mouth seems to be the key to these parts cuz i took a beating buying stuff on e bay..but the old girl needs to ride again

    If you haven't already try the antique motorcycle club of america. They are into the old stuff, but don't expect anyone to be given this stuff away, but they may be able to give you a few leads.

    Check out Billscustomcycles.com.We took a tour of his museum and then a tour of his warehouse,if he dosent have it,I dont know who will!!NOS **** from all years.

    thanks guys ...i am a member of the amca and i know all of those web sites but there is only so much repop stuff out there and some things i need arn't beeing done...i guess e bay is my only hope....ideally i'd like to meet someone who is a hobbiest who really knows thier stuff and all of the parts are in the us so some help from a person who "knows a guy " who doesnt sell on ebay....im not cheap but just would like better sources

    BTW i have a post on the AMCA's web sitetook like 2 months before ten people viewed it and no replies...this place on the other hand is incredibly helpfull so i thought i'd give it a shot......

    You might try to contact the fellow that owns "Wheels Through Time" motorcycle museum over in Maggie Valley NC. More early stuff there than I have seen anywhere, and it's all up and running--he's a nice guy and bound to know where to find early stuff.

    Harbor Vintage was already mentioned in the thread...they're real legit. Another resource in VT also that you might want to check is Richard Duda...he mainly deals in Hummer and Servicar stuff but his knowledge and inventory span all eras: http://www.rduda.com
