Well not a new car......yet.Have started the ball rolling on the next project which will be a channelled 32 roadster along the lines of the Tom Branch car. In the meantime I got the 4 post hoist and started assembly.Still a bit to go but should be working next week!!!! Excuse the mess that will also be cleaned up next week.Yankee mate Jeff arrives here on April 3rd so must be neat and tidy
Man I want one of those lifts.... very nice. But truthfully, I don't how you are going to get anything done with all the clutter around it.
I love my lift. That will be one of the best things you ever buy. Your shop is amazingly clean BTW very nice.
Mess? What mess? PLEASE don't let my wife see this picture of a car guy's garage - I'll never hear the end of it! Oh, and BTW, you're going to love the lift!
I admire the fact you admit the garage is a big time mess!! Holy cow brother, thats cleaner than any garage I have ever seen. Congrats on the lift, the ultimate tool!! Rock on ~sololobo~
I also opted for the Propark 8 H,which is another 300mm(12inches) higher when at maximum lift. This means you can walk under without hitting your head. The assembly manuals supplied leave a lot to be desired.Went online and got better info and pictures of what to do. I will just do maintenance in the garage not building.I will be getting Warren Wilkie to do the roadster.Had some more discussions when I went up to the shop tour last week. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=569860
You cant go wrong with Warren Wilkie building it he builds nice rides..looking forward to some build pix...
How the hell do you find anything in that mess? Lol Sweet garage man. You wouldn't get me in the house if that were mine.
