History 1949 Mercury 3,000 mile Road Test

    I found this the other day on Ebay, the cover design caught my eye and is just too
    Kool. The magazine is an independent test report and investigation of the 1949 Mercury.
    It was written by Floyd Clymer in 1948 and his report is uncensored, impartial, unbiased
    and fair. LOL! Floyd drove the Merc cross country from Washing DC to Los Angeles. I
    started to read it last night and one of my favorite lines, he was amazed how many Model
    A's are still on the road. Ha, ha, ha I thought you guys would get a kick out of reading
    about his adventure. I hope that you enjoy it…

    I thought that this was real kool. Its worth your time to read the article. Can you
    imagine driving a brand new Merc across country. The visual is too much for this
    kat to stand. I'll post more from the magazine tomorrow.
