Full floating rear axle

    The front is easy, paint the rims the color of the body, use some trim rings, and the hubcaps of your choice. The full floating rear axle sticking out of the rear rim really limits the choices... I am having a difficult time of coming up with a "traditional look" that is appealing... but I would like to see what others have done. Post your pictures!

    Ok no pics but some guys ages ago that didn't use a 57 - 64 olds rear end, would use a 55 - 59 chevy 3/4 ton rear end. I think they were 6 lug. I see 6 lug slot mag and magnesium halibrands on ebay quite often. These were also used on a few willys, look at the g***er wars book. good luck on your car !!!
