Event Coverage AstroMonkey BBQ XI

The AstroMonkeys are back for our mind blowing 11th year. Last year we got back to our roots with great results, and this year we’re planning for more of the same. If you’ve been to a BBQ before you should know what to expect, but if not here’s the details so far.

• Saturday June 18th 2011 at Saint Mike's Park in Mont Clare, PA.
• $10 donation is appreciated to help cover costs.
• Free food & beer all day, or at least until we run out.
• No rules, No frills, No prizes Car & Cycle show.
• 11 awesome live bands playing music all day.

Thanks astromonkey for the pm on the event...I'll definitley plan for it. This year I've been horrible at making it to events...I need to remedy that, lol.

 

I've had the same problem the last couple years. I'm highly looking forward to hitting as many good shows as I can this year though. Violators Spring Bash is just a month away.

 

Sounds pretty cool. I will have to try and make it. Haven't seen the Handsome Petes in a minute and American Speedway is damn good.

 

I'll make it, car devoid, but I'll enjoy anyway!

 

It should be a pretty good line up. I actually have too many bands this year. I'm hoping one drops out so I can give the others a little more time to play.

Awesome. Most year by this time at least one band has imploded or bitched out for one reason or another. We're going to have a packed schedule as is.
