lets see a picture of the inside of the car with the motor and tranny in... how high up in the car is the tranny tunnel.... ?
awesome dash. i'm squeezing a 53 imperial dash into my '29 sedan. 4" chop and channeled 4. ride hight is 3.5 . front end is suicided with aribags..build it and drive it and dont listen to the naysayers. Hudson heard the same BS. love the car and it's a lot like mine..331 hemi in mine.
Cool build! This is what I love about the Hamb. Different builds with people trying different ways of hot rodding. Isn't this what Hot Rodding is all about!! It's no like this is a cobbled together peace of shit but a well thought out and executed build. If it doesn't work I believe that the skills are there to cut it off and start again. All that will be lost is time and dollars but what will be gained is knowledge and experience. Lighten up guys, we all have opinions, some valid, some not. State your opinions but leave it at that, no need for attitude. The reason I like this board is the usual respect between members. I am currently in the design stages for a nose high model a altered that I will be building and will expect opinions. I'm sure I'll get flamed for my ideas but am hoping for insights and knowledge of others. Keep up the good work jtille and lets see some pics of your roadster as well
Looks like that Hemi may not suspend right sitting on that tire, look out for that malibu...Great build, good luck..
Here is pic of chassis that I built for my brothers 1930 Model A Sedan project. Body will be channeled 4" and chopped 3".
