1932 3 window panel what is it? with picture

I need to know what this panel is called if anyone can help me out and it's purpose? I think its for a 1932 3 window.

 

That panel mounts below the rear window roll down mechanism and catches the rain that leaks in through the back window. There should be a spout on the bottom left corner to connect to a hose.

It is for sale???

The spout that comes off of the deep end on the p***enger side is attached to the inner wheel well structure and exits through a hole in the floor, keeping your rumble seat or trunk dry.

Are 33 and 34's the same. Mine is completly rotted out and I need one for my coupe. Can I get one repo?

 

Brookville repros them for the 32 3W ... but I do not know if it fits the 33/34
