Thanks, It´s been a good way to handle the grief by using our hands to create something that he would have liked. And we can keep the car forever as a memorial! And we can drive it and have fun in it just like he would have done!!
Play good music, drink good beer and feel that he still is here with us in someway!

I don´t know yet, we were there -08 and it was great. And we want to go there again!
But I have 620miles (1000km) to get there, so its really all about time and money!

I have already flipped it once because i thougt it was the wrong way. But it depends on wich side (left or right) you look from!

    Update!
Nothing big have happened, mostly we have built/repaired bodymounts on both the frame and body. They were very rusty and the outer front bodybraces were to low.

The car has now been SFRO inspected and to explain what SFRO is:
Here in Sweden we have inspection every year on newer cars, cars older than 30 years have inspection every two years. And cars made before 1950 dont have to be inspected.

But modified cars dont p*** inspection whithout a SFRO inspection.

SFRO is an organisiation that inspects modifiedcars and homebuiltcars.
They are experts on this and works with you not against you, the are helpful under the build and you can call and ask "how to" questions!

SFRO inspections usally is in two steps, buildinspection and finishinspection.

We have now done the build inspection and the chevy p***ed with no remarks!

So next step is dis***emble the car for painting, floor, frame, suspensionparts etc..
