Sorry to hear the news of your grandfather's death. Sounds like he was a fascinating man from whom you learned a lot.

 

Sounds like a cool guy. Be sure and let his friends and other family members know what he meant to you. I hope that I am making memories like that for my kids and grandkids. Tom

 

My dad p***ed in late 08. He had several cars but my mom kept only the 40 Ford sedan. It's the one he was always working on when I was growing up. I'll always remember how, on the weekends, we'd all pile in and head to Zesto's, get some ice cream and cruise the blvd. I thought we were the coolest thing on 4 wheels. I hope we never have to get rid of it. I'd like to get it back on the road someday.
