I'm thinking late '40's, early 50"s GMC 950. Sleeper was certainly used on them and had side windows like that. Came in both single and double drive axle versions. Front view would be very helpful!
I think Dusty pegged it, although it may be closer to mid-50's. found this pic of a '56 GMC 950, not great but it shows the turn signal on top of the similar-shaped cycle fender, the small rectangular cover-plate mid-cowl on the side, and the headlight faired into the fender. pretty close. haven't found the same sleeper, but one close to it. thanks for the clues! Stan
That's a '50-'59 GMC "Cannonball" COE, with sleepercab. I had a 1950 600 series daycab "Cannonball" for several years.
------------------- Yep. They were called "Cannonballs" because one was featured in the 1950's TV Action series "Cannoball". I remember watching that show when I was a kid Mart3406 --------------------------- <iframe ***le="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/umvbqPUMoKg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe =============================
