Hey guys, Been a member for a little while. Saw a few things about rules and introductions. Was never good at reading instructions. So here I am from wonderful Mass. Have a few projects. Ford AA flatbed HO 5.0, AOD, Air ride suspension which is on hold due to being previously employed in the construction trade. 34 Ford old hot rod raked channel, stretched and z'd frame which is my Current driver. Future Model A modified from front half of a touring. Planning on going banger. Car is actually for my grandson who is turning 3 this summer. I feel the need to keep knowledge alive for future generations. Thanks
I have a 1930 ton and a half chevy truck I'm just starting on. I am using a '41 GMC half ton truck front end set up on a 2x3 tube steel frame. How did you figure out which "bags" to use on the front of your truck??? Most I've seen, are make/model specific. I'm using a 1970 Buick stage 1 455 motor out of a GS, TH400 tranny, and a ford 9". The guys in my car club and I are lost on this. But, some have fabbed and mounted some for other guys before. Just had no idea what rating or car they were intended for. Can you help me out?
