Newb Alert!!!!

What's up every one?
I am a newb to H.A.M.B. I've been follwing this site now for about a year and a half. I truely enjoy the posts, info and comraderie.
I have been surrounded by engines and gears my whole life. I am an avid 4-wheeler. I love 4x4's. I have a '00 dodge ram 2500 4x4, '94 jeep cherokee lifted with larger tires and also a '95 cherokee with custom suspenion, dana 60 axles and 42" tires. I also do all my own fab work.
But the reason you're reading this isn't for the 4x4's but hopefully some sort of rod or kustom!
I just purchased a '51 Plymouth Cambridge 2 door, black with a flathead 6. I don't know anything about this car but understand all the mechanics of it. I have sooooo much to learn about it and know that I'm in the right place for information.
I will be asking many questions (but not without searching first!) and hope to share my expierience when I can with all of you. I am ready to make this car my own flavor.
Plans for the car: chop top, air suspension, possible suedeing, wide whitewalls on wider steel rims.
Sorry for the lengthy post but I just bought the car yesterday and I am extremely excited to start modifying it!
