Anyone know where to get a Guide spotlight bulb

I have 52 Buick Super with a Guide S-18 spotlight/mirror. I converted to 12v and need a replacement bulb. I have searched here and on the web and cannot find information anywhere. It is 5" diameter. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be appreciated.

What size are the dual headlights?? I think they are 5" or 5 1/2".. May not have the look though..........
