Howdy all you cats and kittens, just thought I 'd share a few pix taken ofa few personal favs, with my cell phone, today at the all American day, out at Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne Victoria Australia! Enjoy all!
You didn't waste any film, all are great selections. The home made Car/Cameo looks like good workmanship. The second to the last picture looks like a 69 or so Falcon but has a Comet like grill. Is this a close guess?
Cheers everyone for your comments I will attempt to load a few more pics from the day, if i can get my darn camera to function correctly, until then rock 'n roll!
After Kiwi Kev's thread.... this one really confirms how much great iron there is south of the equator......thanks for posting
Australia has always had wealth of great rods kustoms and cl***ics, and shows like this have always attracted some really unique rides that seldom make the usual rod and kustom events, and draws a very diverse selection of all things automotive that originate from the good old US of A, weather it be locally ***embled us models, or rarer imported body styes, as far as quality of build / constraction, in my opinion Australia is up there with the best of them, and as a life long car enthusiast/hot rodder born and raised in Australia this makes me really proud, when we are acknowledged by our overseas friends cause sometimes one can feelwe are forgotten cause we are down under...lol any way glad that you share a piece of oz with you all!
