On dual exhaust setups, has anyone ever run, say, a straight pipe on one side and a gl*** pack on the other?

It seems like you could get the best of both worlds that way...

I've heard one guy say that he put one gl*** pack the right way on one side and on the other put it backwards.Who knows i think that would maybe sound alright. But i think you would want to do it to a car that has amanual trans.

As long as your running a crossover or X-pipe or something I would think you'd be ok. Some modern cars (GTO I think?) are running different mufflers side to side.

I'm not sure you'd get the best of both worlds with this set up though. The louder side will dominate.
