Project is finally coming together. Spent the last few months doing seat covers, carpet, seat belts, rear shocks, rear tires. Did the control arm bushing and coil springs a couple years ago. Very smooth ride now, easy to cruise at highway speeds. Tires on the front are still the ones I shaved myself. Would like to get news one up front but it's hard to pay for 4 diamondbacks at once. Need to pull the dash and clean it up but I'm a little intimidated by how many wires this car has going to the dash, maybe next winter. Here's some videos, KY offers some really great roads to cruise on. Wasn't going quite as fast as the speedo says, it runs a little high. But it rode so nice it was easy to get going, biggest issue was a lot of wind noise. The rubber seals are all shot. Later in the day we loaded the entire family of 6 in, went to a park, got ice cream, everyone had a great time. <object width="480" height="390"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/rR8hzR0Pbds?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/rR8hzR0Pbds?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="390"></embed></object> <object width="480" height="390"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/t7_QsBEt364?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/t7_QsBEt364?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="390"></embed></object>
