On the valve cover of the fe motors there is a tab for a wire separator, my separators are junk and i have been told they are still available from ford. Does anyone have a part number? I would rather have stock than aftermarket junk. Any help will be welcomed, thank you.

I don't have a part number but the seperators are the same all the way up til the '70's. They are the same as the Boss 302/351, which are easy to find. (auction site)

The number I have is B8Q-12297-A. This is an old Ford number, so it may not still be good. It is available through Mac's.

dennis carpenter has them for cheap too. they're equal quality to the oem ones imho, then again its a tiny peice of molded plastic so how much difference in quality are you gonna notice?
