I know there's a bunch of people who are handy with photoshop. I was hoping someone could make 2 pictures of my car (well ok its not my car as i don't have a camera but its a pic of the same year make and color as my car) what i want to see is what it would look like as a convertible with a removable hard top and chopped windshield like chopped51's 4 door merc, and one with the top off. and remove the visor? anyone up for the task? heres some pics. thats what i would like the top to look like. and here's the donor pic. any takers?
This is convertable, you have to image the green things inside are seats. Im still trying to do the top. It looks a bit odd cos the merc has a smaller back door.
One with normal doors. one with door shortened. Sorry theyre not the greatest works. that roof curve is hard. perhaps someone can do it better.
one other thing that struck me that I really like is pushing the back seat into where the rear parcel shelf is like making a convertible limo.. might even be room for a bar
hey I wanted to bring this thread back up.. I never saved the picture of the convertible.. and the guy that did it hasn't been seen in 5 months so anyone else wanna do it again? I dont need all the hard top stuff.. just the way it would look as a convertible. this time I'll save it I promise... any takers once again?

Sorry its not the best but then im not the best artist either. Just squint your eyes and use a bit of imagination.
The 50s Mopars look killer with the to off. Dont care to much for the way they look stock but drop the top and you got one bad ride.
its a love it or hate it look... I want a convertible.. can't afford one allready made. but cutoff wheels and 6011 rod are cheap
