A buddy of mine just dropped a 47FOrdF100 Pickup on my doorstep. He prepped this thing had the Flathead 8 rebuilt all sheetmetal is straight and under coated the thing was ready to be assembled and painted but he never got around to it so called me knowin Im always ready for a new project and when the price is right you cant turn it down even though the front of those pickups suck. I was thinkin just keepin that Motor (Merc V8 FlatHead) and tranny and offin the rest........ Any ideas out there and how I could make that truck cool and expose that bitchin flathead Ill show a few pics of some ideas???!~!~#@!~$#!$@!#$@!. HIGG www.eKustom.net
The white walled one has a Caddy flat motor in it and you must have to crawl through the window to get in or out. If the black primer one is the one you got and hate just send it my way or...............put '40 front sheet metal on it. Naw! Just put it on the curb and I'll come fetch it! Mike
Let me know f you decided to pull the motor and trans. I have a set up ready to go and I can pick it up from 'bu cause it will be dropped off at my pops house out there. Serious offer.
I know around what its worth but what are you willing to offer??? Personally Id rather have the motor and trans for a future project but everything is negotiable........
Not the one I got just a pic I found to show the truck, - What I got is a prepped rolling painted chassis w/motor,trans, radiator all drivetrain brakes, new brake lines etc. new wiring harness, and prepped but not bolted or painted yet Cab, all doors fenders grille rechromed trim etc., bumpers bed-gate etc.etc. just waiting to be assembled and if it was me Channeled body etc. - If you got a weekend or two its solid -Also Id like to put a diff motor and save the flatty/trans for something else.
