Hey Roo - here's something to add to your bucket list:

Why don't you just go out and build up a front engine fuel dragster and drive it at Bakersfield some time? I have a hunch you'd get a big kick out of something like that!

    Smart****!

Yep, been there, done that. I guess that Bonneville and the 2 club is next on the bucket list now.

And to think Szuba is still out there plowing along...since saturday last when I saw you guys I've been to Dallas/DC/Baltimore/Dallas/Denver/Dallas/Indy/Dallas/Wichita/Dallas/Baltimore and then I got in my truck and drove home. Hilton arrived just after me and only blew one tire on the trailer. Was great spending the weekend with you all. And you are right about Joe's car being one bad *** ride.

That has to be about the best 19 hr road trip story I've ever read. Great story and the photos really add to it. He nailed it on that A too, great looking car but that seat makes my 64 year old **** hurt just looking at it.

    That's awesome.

The year we went we were dodging the storms. I don't think I could do it straight through, so kudos to you guys!!!

  7. Talked a bit with Joe Kerr about the seat. Should have asked him for a test fit.

Glad you had a good trip home. It was good to meet you and Joe out there, then to talk to you at Billetproof this past weekend. Joe has one bad *** car, the details are awesome. We ran back to Florida being chased by the storms also. But they caught us in Tallah***ee.

  9. The H.A.M.B. - where men are still men! That is no small feat - I can testify.

Did 1100 miles in one day a year ago with my daughter, bringing her car back from Atlanta. Don't think I'll ever try it again. And that was in a transportation appliance with windows, a radio and everything! I still remember pulling in about midnight with eyes so tired I could barely see.
