I signed up for this forum quite a while ago but completely forgot about it till GremlinGuy reminded me when I met him to do some pinstriping for him. You guys usually have the answers to all of the old car questions, seriously, try googleing a question about a 32 ford without seeing a HAMB thread.

Since I was a kid I've been into old cars and anything that's involved with it so naturally I pick up a pinstriping brush as soon as I can find one. Been at it for a few years now and its looking to be a big part of my future.

I couldn't afford a hot rod so I bought something as old as I could, a 71 Datsun Pickup. The gas saving work truck of the disco era. Since I picked it up I've been trying to make it my old school rod. 4" Z'd frame, White walls, polished engine bits, Pleated suede and sparkle vinyl upholstery, ect, ect.

Looking forward to getting to know all you guys.

I really dig the lettering in your first pic! The truck is a little OT but i dig it anyway, welcome from the Gulf Coast of Texas.

Welcome from another Hamber in Fort Collins.

Looks like you're doing a great job on your truck there. Good practice for when you get your hands on an older hunk of iron!

Sweet looking ride. Post some pics when you get it all back together. I know I would drive it even left painted the way it is now.
