    Well done A Rodder!

Rocky, have you started a thread? You just never know.

  4. Can we get some pictures of the 32? It looks like a pretty sweet car!

    Isn't that an oxymoron?:D

  6. like I said from the beginning of all this....if the sombitch is stupid enough to drive it once after he stole it, he'd probably be stupid enough to do it again....and that proved to be his undoing... along with us from the local area being on the HAMB....ya dont mess with us... Congrats to all who got this to end reasonably successfully, and I was glad to get the ball rolling down here by sighting it first.

Hey Tom...How 'bout an update for all us out here.....what about the two trailers...ever find them....also what about the dickhead who was driving your car...surely he wasn't the lone culprit...have you received any info from the Springfield Police, or did they already let him out to run amuck....would really like to know what we're up against here!

I suspect that this fuckhead found the car abandoned somewhere. The hauler's long gone and the Mullins is in the same place the car was. Now that this monkeyspank has been caught he gets to play tough and not say where he got it. The mud, his ignorant actions, his past as indicated here, sorry guys but you didn't get anyone involved in the original theft. You got the contents (some of it) that was too easy to trace so it got dumped. Not pissin on anybody's parade, but I'd be lookin in the surrounding unpaved areas for the Mullins in the bushes somewhere. Sad I know, but am I the only one with that hunch?

I'm sorry I waited this long to reply about my stolen '32 . We would not have it back if it weren't for some H.A.M.B. members in Lebanon, Springfield and Eugene. The car is home but no word yet on the 24' MIRAGE or the MULLINS trailers. The guy in the "wanted poster" is Lyle Hurlburt from Springfield and is in jail in Eugene. Thank you Kevin, Steve, Jon and Joe. Thanks to all who have taged along on this ride. More info when I know more..... TOM

  13. Your Welcome Tom.:)

  14. Tom...glad to have been some help to you on this one. And glad to hear the roadster survived. Steve in Eugene.

  15. In the short time that I've been a member of the HAMB this is the fourth car that I've heard about being stolen, but only the second to be recovered. I am glad to see that this forum has had a profound impact on being able to catch car thieves. Good job to all that were involved with a sound mind to keep eyes peel and alert the police.

The trailers have not been found....maybe Tom will jump in here again with the plate numbers and Vin numbers for each.

Thanks Dave. The Mullins has no VIN or plates . We don't need them in Oregon until something is stolen . The 24' Mirage car hauler has a VIN 5M3BE242651016366 and Oregon plate U377938 . The Mirage trailer is white and the Mullins has no fenders on it . TOM

I'd think that the Mullins is sitting in somone's yard or garage after they found it abandoned where it and the roadster were dumped out of the trailer. That is most likely between point A where the trailer, car and Mullins were stolen and point B where the car was found.

The tweaker will probably never fess up to where he got his hands on the car unless his lawyer tries to work a deal and trades info for time.

April 18 , 2011 Recovered my Mullins trailer today . Someone who new about the trailer saw it in downtown Independence . It has been painted black and the lights changed but the wheels were the same color . Just like the Roadster it was a mess and will have to be repainted . The roadster will be back on the road in June . Again thanks to all the H.A.M.B. "detectives" who located our car . TOM....

  23. 2 down, one to go. Obviously the car was the most prized of the three, but I'm still hoping you get it all back.
