53 Chevy - Frenched Taillights...

Ok I've searched with no images or specific answers.

I want to French the rear of my 210 53. Looking to use stock 54 bezels, I'm ***uming this is pretty easy, can anyone confirm? Anyone got any pics?

You are better off making the bezel from scrath as the stock ones are die cast pot metal. You can not weld them to the body. If you just "mud" over them they will crack out.
