Does anyone have information on this? Will a -body hubs work ? What wheel bearings to use for a mii spindle? I know they use the large pre metric gm large caliper and i believe 79 pontiac firebird rear rotors , i know their is alot of knowlege in the hamb land
Don't know what bolt pattern your after but I used granada rotors and GM metric calipers on mine. You will have to fab or buy caliper brackets though.
i am old school i rarely use kits besides i have too many car to do the conversion on and i want multi lug pattern, anyone else have info
Sorry you don`t like kits.Pirate Jacks is mulit pattern with separate hubs.$299.00 for hubs, rotors, calipers, brackets, nuts bolts and hoses.
I used Monarch rotors on MII that I installed on the 40 Ford ... dont remember where I got the calipers but it was all junk yard stuff.
I got it a body front hubs, 79 firebird rear rotors and 77 camero calipers gm used the same front wheel bearings during 64-77
I didn't realize you old schoolers used the internet to have somebody do your research for you! My old school was way different.
I picked up a pair of the forged Caliper brackets that several Ebay vendors have for mine (ebay search ) Mustang II caliper brackets I went cheap and kept bidding until I got a pair at a decent price. You might be able to find a wholesaler to buy them from though. Good looking bracket that uses The GM metric calipers. The Grenada rotors are a direct bolt on while the GM rotors take a seal change and a bearing swap If my info is right.
