Help ID this British steering wheel!!!

    I picked this up here on the HAMB a while ago with intentions to use it...but I cant figure out what it fits, I found several similar styles with only three thick spokes but this one has 4 thin spokes,,,,,and clues?

    looks like the one that was on an MG A that i had years ago.

    I think I figured it out, looks like maybe a Triumph TR wheel....now I just have to find a splined shaft for it......anybody have one???

    The steering wheel is off of a Triumph TR3.

  9. Here,s one in it,s natural habitat. An early 1950s British Ford Zephyr / Consul. They were also in the British Vangaurd. ( Standard motor Company )

    Gaz beat me to it, also think I have seen that wheel on Jowetts. I'm sure there's others, most everything on British cars back then (even the bodies for most of em) was made by outside suppliers.

  12. I have one the same, and mine came from an Austin A60 van. They fit on a landrover steering box and shaft!!

    They were used on so many different cars it's impossible to say definitively what it's off of, just make something up.
