guys not 100% sure but will a 283 chevy flywheel fit onto a 250 chevy and work provided the crank is drilled for pilot bushing. exchanging a 283 for 250 in a 56' TF truck and still using stock bellhousing and 3spd. o.d. with column shift. throw your thoughts this way. anyone have pic's of some motor mounts putting a 250 into a TF truck? found some for a AD truck and they are nice and basic. thanks!:D

63-72 truck 250 engine mount brackets will give you V8 side mounts....so you can use a V8 swap crossmember.

Should be a relatively easy bolt in that way.
