whoever did mine really squeezed it in there. too tight on left. almost against the tank. I need to insulate it or find out if side exhaust is legal in pa.
Old pics of the old system but they might help. I did not like the bends after the collectors so I had the header shortened and the collector moved up about 1 1/2" so the that the transition was much smoother. Also replaced the system with aluminized pipe with much smoother bends and tossed the PO's extensions and bazooka tips. When I had my shoebox, I had the pipes running out the sides, in front of the rear wheel wells. It was WAY too low to run them out the back, and looked better in my opinion.
