i'm partial the the hard top as it was my first car when I was 15

  6. Since they have similarity I'd kinda do them both at the same time.
going to save time hunting parts, lots of time.

Q: Do you have a family, or a business to promote?

    A:Yes, Wagon

    A: No, Hardtop

They're both cool, Wagon, more room for family and/or stuff. Hardtop, sleeker and sportier.

Yep, the old days of "wouldn't be caught dead driving a wagon" are over. They're hot property these days.

That's a lot of votes for wagon over two door.

Let's say you put a good years work into either of these. Now let's say the world comes to an end. Along with the other regrets running through your mind in the waning moments, do you want one of them to be, "Why didn't I spend my time working on the two door instead!!"?

OK..these cars are stuck in my dad's barn... since i was over there yesterday for Easter i went out in the barn and sat and looked for a while. sitting at dinner, i had a talk with my girl and my dad.... a decision has been made!
because i already drive a wagon... and because the 2 door is already disassembled...and because my girl was partial to the 2 door.....THE 2 DOOR WINS!!!
here are some pics of the car!!

and while talking about what mill to use... with suggestions like a 350 (no),
rebuilding the 312! (would love to but big money, and im really hoping to use something that parts are a little more ava. cause I want to use this as a road trip car... and it would be cool to pull into an autozone if something breaks)
Dad says "I have a 351 Cleavland out there that i had rebuilt about 5 years ago and never used.... hummm could this be the mill???

I dont know what do you guys think???

    Well,why did you ask?

I would have said wagon also, but I never thought it was wise to ask other people what to do,,,they are your cars and you have to make that decision. HRP

I asked because, when i posted this I too was thinking wagon. but wondered what the world would have picked....I kept asking my self if the wagon was as "cool" as the 2 door...obviously the wagon is "cooler"
than the 2 door. the thing that really swayed me was my girl thinking i should do the 2 door! ( i had not asked her before yesterday) If im going to be out in the shop working...i sure want her to dig whats being built!!

Since the Tudor is already mostly apart and ready to do it gets my vote for being first in line for a redo. That way you don't have two cars all apart at the same time.

That 351 sounds like an interesting choice of engines. Not sure if it will drop in the car as easily as a 352/390 would though.

Originally I was going to say to do the one that required the least work to get it done before tackling the one that needed more work.

  28. Man, you're lucky. I'd love to have one of those. The original motor would be nice but a 351C is a pretty appealing alternative!

Wives have more say about Car decisions than Girlfriends.

If she's gone, you're stuck with the decision.

    Tough choice though.
