Completely agree.

In fact, I'd be VERY surprised to find this is the first attempt at a white drag tire.

 

In my head I have plans for a custom 64 Chevy show truck I would build if I were rich, talented and good looking. Gold metal flake with white interior, a cross between the Hurst cars and something Matt Helm would own. Those are the perfect tires, but I want black tread!

You made your customer happy. You challenged your skills. I gotta give you an A for that. But as much as I like off the wall stuff I just dont like em. Crazy and useful is good but crazy and useless just aint for me. I guess I cl***ify show only cars as useless. Just my opinion....

Now, If i could just find a white fan belt.....saw that in one of the little books, a blown Olds in a drag boat with tripple white fan belts...it was way rad. All this white rubber talk reminded me of seeing that. I dig the tires too!

 

I work for a roofing manufacturer,and we made some roofing with white asphalt once as a test. These tires reminded me of that!
