Car looks killer. Bummer about the garage door, but I think we've all done something like that at one time or another.

The changes you have made really make it now! Very nice. I'm sorry to hear about the door too. At least it wasn't worse than that.

  5. Took it for a first drive today. Not far, just terrorized the chruch parking lot across the street from my shop. Made a few laps and shot some video. I'd post it, but I can't get it off my phone and on to youtube. I'll try again when I have some time.

  6. Update:
Apparently not smart enough to figure out out to post video, so pics will have to do.

Took the car to billetproof this Saturday and had a blast. Met some great folks and got to hang with all the usual suspects. Great weather and great times!

The '34 went over well and seemed to strike a chord with people. Lots of complements and positive comments.

The last show with my '54, it's headed to a new home in Cali. I'm gonna miss it, but it's going to a good (HAMB) home.

Your car looks awesome! What are you using to hold your hood down?

  10. Wire, right now.

I'll post pics when I get the "real" hold down done. It may be a few weeks though.

  15. Thanks for the props guys.

Thanks for the help on the "mental build" JJ.

It's going to a great home. Trust me that the car will be very visible on the west coast. The new owner gets around...

The Relix Riot at the Gilmore Car Museum. Great show and a great honor to receive the award.
