Headed over to London for a week.. was looking for some good HAMB related places or activities. May 10 ~17.

    Im thinking so far:
    london transport museum
    Brooklands
    Ace cafe
Michelin building ( read about that here)

Any other industrial, rail or automotive highlights within an hour or so of London? I wanted to see some of the pumping stations driven by steam engines, but none look open.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

As far as pumping stations, don't think you could do better than the Kew Bridge Steam Museum in west London. There's public transport links within walking distance. Click on the link for their site...........................

Also Hendon RAF Museum, north west london......................

Also on the Sunday that you're in London, there'll be a cruise to Krispy Kreme,so you'll be able to see some local hot rods!!
