I have a pair of wheels off my T, that I want to identify. They are allegedly " No Window Halibrands", but I can't find any markings. As far as I can tell, they are magnesium.

Anybody have a way of identifing these babies?-MIKE:(

They look like Halibrands, there were a couple company's that made midget and sprint wheels that look like Halibrand, it's easier to tell by the inside of the rim by how the webbing is done, as far as markings on them most Halibrands had the size cast into them, some would wear off from polishing.

  4. They should have Culver City on the back... unless they are really early ones.

They could be early Romeo Palamides wheels(american wheel)
There was also another guy in LA building wheels that looked like Halibrands.
Tom,s or Joe,s or something like that.

Look like Halibrand to me. If they were polished at one time (probably were) then the cast-in lettering was likely taken off at the polishers. Pretty common occurrence I think.

I'll also add that most early Palamides (American) magnesium wheels had no markings to my knowledge.
