Can't wait. My '40 "LowSalle" is getting closer to being finished. It was there last year and now totally redone. All of the bodywork was finished by Frank DeRosa Jr and even Frank Sr came out of retirement to help with the chop. Debuting in Santa Maria will be great. Attached is a shot from last year, you won't even recognize it now. Just final paint and interior. I will start posting pictures on the build soon.......

There will be a filming crew this year at the show. They are filming a new reality show about kustomizing legends. The first will be about Gene Winfield. They will be filming the Friday night Cruise. Then they will have their own band in the Fairgrounds for their pilot music and filming during the show weekend.

I saw a "perfect" 37 LaSalle he**** made into a pickup last week. The front was so cherry I was stunned, I had my camera in my pocket and didn't take pictures, dumb ***. Playing the theme song for the TV show Do***entary "King of Kustoms" The Sugar Daddies Hot Rod Band Amazing Stupifyers Mystical Misfits of Electric Blues The Party at the Rancho Bowl at 7pm Saturday Also the Santa Maria Speedway will have racing on Saturday and Sunday nights at 5pm. Shootout Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, West Coast Street Stocks, and Hobby Stocks. Plenty going on all weekend for everyone
