LT-1 valve cover gaskets

    I'm having trouble finding a set of valve cover gaskets that really fit the 70 corvette LT-1 aluminum valve covers properly.

    Can anyone help?

    You could probably pick those up any place that sells Fel-Pro gaskets...

    TRUE ... I get mine from the local speed shop. They keep them in stock ... but I do not know if he has much of a selection for parts in his town. :D :D

    I owned a '70 LT1. The valve cover gaskets were like a foam rubber material. Perhaps since it had factory solid lifters GM used this to make the gasket more reusable. I doubt GM still offers them.
