Notification Blinking For No Reason?

I do! I've had that problem for quite some time. It says I have 5 unapproved~~~~on the HAMB Merc Club Social groupe....

Ryan, swap out that cheap Chinese flasher for a better one! HAHA!

 

I have Firefox configured to display animated images as a still image, so I never see it blink.

I pre-empted that bug, eh?

Yours is a special case Bob. I think the blinking is telling you you are unapproved to be on the HAMB. I thought you got that message.

 

Unrelated , but a day or two ago, I would get a "privacy report" icon show up on the lower task bar, but only on one particular thread that I clicked on. As soon as I clicked "back", the icon went out.

 

Well,I don't have any problem with my PM's and I don't have the flashy thing, but I do have unapproved group messages in my notifications that I can't find? Obviously, if I can't see them I can't approve them, so it just sits there saying "your notifications:1"

Yup! I've had that blinking thing (envelope) for over two years now. I just ignore it! Crow. LFFL

I've had an "Unapproved Group Message" for quite awhile now. I had asked about it before, and you were aware of the issue. Is there a way to remove it now?

 

I have a notice I cannot get rid off.

well, does sometimes count?

there are days i have the PM "envelope" flashing, and i have no unread PMs. i'll empty my cache and sometimes it goes away, sometimes not. it'll go away for a week, then its back again for a half a day or so... nothing more than a little distraction

 

I have had 2 unapproved messages for quite some time now...

 

Add me to the list, says I have an incoming Private Message, and I don't, nobody wants to talk to me...

 

I too have had a new message notification for a least a year now and it's shouldn't be there.

 

me too and when i have a pm it flashes and say cant open right now or something close and i have tocancel then go to Pm `s

 

I've had the "unapproved group messages" notification since just after I started the "termites and bowties" social group.

 

I had no problems! Nothing fun ever happens to me. {sniffle, sniffle, whine,whine,} Yeah, I'm a sarcastic little twirp.

I've had that problem twice in several months...message flag blinking with no message but it's ok now.
