the best one is the one that lifts your car doesnt fall over and holds up the car get a floor jack...but not one of the little ones with the 2 inch diameter head

Thanks for the lead at Harbor Freight. A little too tall. Looking for about 6"-6 1/2". Doesn't need to be too many Tons. I plan one using when I am changing Oil.... all 4 wheels on the ground.
Don't have it right in front of me, but I got a short one from an older Ford Ranger. Been a good roadside jack for me. Junkyards are loaded with all types of jacks.
I don't know what the best one is, I do however know to stay away from autozone bottle jacks, they tend to leak / bleed down....
The shortest bottle jack will also have the least amount ram travel, and therefore the least amount of lift height. That said, try Zinko & oh yeah, get ready for sticker shock.
