I agree 100%. I have asked each one of these guys dumb questions so that I am a little better armed when I start on my own and they have always been helpful with information & ***istance.

My dumb questions will be back to back soon Im sure. I'm going to start gathering parts and hope to get on the wagon this fall/winter and have it on the rode for spring. I've been eyeballing this wagon for almost 2 years, was tied up in an estate deal for 6 months, I was calling the guy weekly last fall. I almost gave up on it. Left him alone for 3 months and called and looked it over and made the deal. Glad I did.

I'd sure like to find one of those old tube grilles or maybe someone like woodpecker could reproduce them and sell them to us to finance his project!!

I tend to prefer stock. I swapped my old tube grille to Earl Scheib for a good original grille.

Looks like a two coil cut.

  15. That 59 Sdn Dlv is neat.. I truly enjoy 'em! The blind spots are a bit much, for a daily driver. But they're so cool to look at!

My 2" spindles arrived Monday. I'm planning on cutting a coil (or two) also.
