Haven't made much progress with my cars in a while, but here's why......... I've finally finished a project that's taken me many months to complete. It's a car for my daughter Stella and it's a replica of her Great Grandmother's car. The best part is that Stella LOVES it and we take it for a spin around the neighborhood almost every evening. I've had more fun with this project than both of my other cars combined. Here's a little peak at it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PwX5ZCiJ1uI&feature=share
I see that you've gotten comfortable with the term "Daddy's Girl". After this can you imagine what you'll get for her at 16? Nothing to be ashamed of, I fell for mine bigtime 42 years ago and she still knows how to get around me especially since she has given me two beautiful grandaughters. Frank
Awesome....of course you know that this is the beginning of her love affair with cars.....my 6 year old boy owns a fullsize 1950 chevy pickup...
That is absolutely COOL. She's gonna outgrow it way too fast! Gave me a nice little smile seeing your daughter in the cool '55, and reminding me of my little niece Ellie seen here in our store bought '55 pedal car. Seems like she was in it one moment and all grown up the next!
Thank you very much for the kind words. Here are a couple more photos of her with the car (she really loves playing with the seat belt) Her Mom is responsible for the tiny little poodle skirt.
