Hi, I am having some clearance issues, and am looking for a thin fan clutch. Hopefully under 2.5" thick overall. 5/8 " pilot hole.

Does anyone know of an application or part # for a thin fan clutch? THanks, Joel

Fan clutch? Your using one of those? You really should consider going electric.

And....what engine are we talking about? If it's a newer SBC....then there is a short shaft water pump setup you can use that will give you at least 1" of additional clearance.

But I still think electric is the best choice.....I'm running a Ford Taurus fan setup.

Why don't you use a flex fan? there thinner then a clutch fan. (If it applies) Put a electric fan in front of the radiator so it can't be seen.
