ok seems the old thread was deleted? those that were following... well our team is kinda on their own. the advisor never talks or stops in or anything. I am sure he would take notice to things like this happening and do something about it. BUT this was only 3-4 people on the team (pretty much the active members of it) so pretty much would be shutting down the group as a whole which would not be fair to the people not involved in all this. no witness or anything for admittion or a tape or anything like that. so that is the only thing holding me back form the cops right now. if I tape it on the phone without consent then tha tis no good either right? the "ringleader" got into trouble last year for stealing about $4000 of halloween decorations last year from people yards. another has been in trouble for DUI and running fomr teh cops (while a minor) as far as more to the story that is all I know about it. The night before this all started they pulled an all nighter to get the motor running. I came in at 9am for class and saw them in there and watched as they worked to get it running for 10 mins and wasn't in the shop that whole day until I found the stuff outside at 8pm. the big thing isn't the stuff being moved but them painting on my car. (MOD...is there something wrong with this topic? if so PM me about it)
dude, there was a reason why your other post got deleted.. instead, you post again with the same content under a different title? you are a senior in college and cant figure this shit out on your own?? grow a pair of wrinklies and either A) kick their fuckin asses B) STFU C) take legal action - in which case its a minor offense and you will have a group of angery dipshits after you. this is step 1 in being a man, handle your shit.
so instead of having an open forum you think you should be GOD and go around deleting posts you don't like? WTF?!?!
hmm I seem to recall there being some helpful input in the old thread. A) kick their fuckin asses B) STFU C) take legal action - in which case its a minor offense and you will have a group of angery dipshits after you. wow seems like a real manly way to solve things....get myself in trouble or shut up.... edit: btw if I took legal action and they got convicted it would set up a prior history so if anything else happens I can just point at them and would prob hold up pretty good for more convictions I would think? I am a person that people always get along with so I normaly don't have to go around kicking asses and filing police reports against people.....I guess some people here just are loved by others
dude you are gonna get this one deleted and if you keep it up ryan may just boot your ass ...... it got deleted because this is not the place for these childish antics....... take the advise given to already and shut the fuck up......... if you are about to be a college graduate and don't know how to handle this ...you need more help than first thought ......GROW UP ! ...
I'm not really familiar with what happened to you or your car, or who did it, but I'll give you a few words of advice. 1-Do not go around beating people's heads in. You put yourself in the wrong and open yourself up to trouble with the law, which you don't want. 2-Get the authorities involved. There's nothing pussy about wanting things restored to the way they used to be. If there was damage involved, get in touch with your insurance company and get an appraisal for the damage. Contact the police and file a report and if you know who did it, make it known to them. You don't need to press charges, but if the police can prove who did it, the threat of criminal prosecution is usually enough to get somebody to cough up the bread to fix whatever they fucked up. 3-If they come back to kick your ass, let them. That's assault. You can then press charges against them for that, then sue them for physical injuries, collect a settlement, and buy a better car then a '62 Fairlane. 4-Small claims court is an avenue to gte back your money. Depending on the court, it is usually for amounts under $2000. Court fees are minimal, and though I recomend it, you don't need legal counsel. 5-Taking a shot at Ryan is bad idea, way uncalled for, and immature. I would recommened either an apology or editing your post.
