great car how did you manage to match the patina on the front clip?? (i had no idea it was matched until i saw this on another thread)
Here's my 34 Master, still with it's original paint, (what's left of it). Maybe, someday I can start building it.
I took the gas door to the paint store matched the color with deadener added. painted the green then added the rust and browns using brushes and sponges, also went as far as matching some of the scratches coming through the doors, also patina painted all inner wheel wells and bottom of the hood . fun project but probably got 40 hours in the painting side. Its been on for two years and actually gets better with age... No one knows unless I tell them, then they still dont understand
Here is my 51'. Just got it inspected. A little over a year worth of weekends and 2 engines later. I am going to put door logos on it soon I think.
OK you got me know, what's the story on this one? Here is my old patina chevy. I figure they aint worth nuch if you don't drive 'em. Never repainted since it was new some rust in the usual places. It now belongs to a friend with a farm in the country.
